Live In The Spire Redesign Project
A Story of Evolution: From Personal Project to Lead-Generating Real Estate Brand
Some projects feel extra special, and this one was definitely one of them. Live In The Spire was originally my own personal website—a project I started a few years ago to promote our rental property in Downtown Denver. Over time, it organically built strong SEO rankings, consistently bringing in leads. And yet, we were barely scratching the surface of its potential, using it for just a single rental listing.
Fast forward to 2025: We sold our condo, and suddenly, I no longer had a need for the website. Instead of simply shutting it down, I put out a note in our building’s internal communications site, letting people know it was available. And in a perfect twist of fate, the new owner of our home—Keegan, a local realtor—saw the post and immediately saw an opportunity.
Keegan had already been familiar with Live In The Spire because of how well it ranked in searches. As a realtor focused on the downtown Denver market, he wanted to establish a personal brand that built his credibility beyond his brokerage’s generic website. The timing couldn’t have been better. We got to work transitioning the site into a lead-generation machine tailored to Keegan’s expertise while maintaining its strong SEO presence.
Building a Site That Elevates a Personal Brand
Keegan had spent most of his real estate career leveraging his brokerage’s website, but this new site was an opportunity to step into a more personal, niche-focused online presence. As someone who lives in Downtown Denver himself, he has firsthand experience with the lifestyle, the market, and the unique advantages of living in high-rise condos like The Spire.
Our discovery call focused on how he wanted to use the site to generate leads, position himself as a go-to real estate expert in the building, and create a hub of valuable content for both buyers and sellers. We mapped out a strategy that allowed the site to support these goals while keeping the SEO power it had built over the years.
Designing for Continuity & A Strong Brand Presence
This project had an added layer of complexity because, simultaneously, Keegan was also launching a larger real estate site for his broader Colorado business. The challenge? Making sure Live In The Spire felt like its own entity while still aligning with the design and branding of his main website.
I recommended treating them like “sibling sites”—sharing a cohesive brand aesthetic (colors, fonts, and general style) but allowing Live In The Spire to have its own distinct presence. Keegan loved this approach.
One challenge we faced was working across different platforms, which made it tricky to match the designs exactly. But we found creative ways to ensure visual continuity while keeping the functionality seamless.
Smart Website Features That Serve Both Buyers & Sellers
One of the key focuses of this redesign was balancing messaging. We wanted the site to speak directly to potential buyers interested in The Spire condos while also reinforcing Keegan’s expertise as a realtor for downtown Denver as a whole.
To strike that balance, we strategically linked out to his larger real estate site where it made sense while keeping enough content within Live In The Spire to continue strengthening its SEO presence.
One feature I love? While most of the site serves as a resource for buyers considering a move downtown, Keegan also offers a service specifically for current condo owners—a way for them to connect with him to get an estimate on their unit’s value. This creates a natural touchpoint with potential sellers while establishing Keegan as both a listing and buyers’ agent. The holistic approach to credibility-building was a win-win.
A Seamless Launch & A Happy Client
The site officially relaunched under Keegan’s brand in February 2025. And within weeks, he was already putting a blogging strategy in place to build upon the site’s existing SEO success. Seeing him fully embrace the power of content marketing to elevate his brand is exactly why I love doing this work.
Here’s what Keegan had to say about the process:
"I couldn't be more thrilled with the custom website Copal Creative Studios created for my real estate business! From start to finish, they truly understood my vision and executed it flawlessly. The design is sleek, user-friendly, and perfectly tailored to my brand. The attention to detail, responsiveness, and innovative features exceeded all my expectations. Thanks to their hard work, my online presence is now stronger than ever. Highly recommend!"

Final Reflections: A Personal & Professional Win
This project was a full-circle moment for me—passing the torch on a website I had nurtured for years and seeing it evolve into something even more impactful under Keegan’s ownership.
It also reinforced something I’ve always loved about web design: working with real estate clients. Whether it’s a realtor, a vacation rental, or an architect, designing for these industries is incredibly rewarding. There’s something exciting about bringing beautiful properties and spaces to life online.
So… expect more of that coming soon. 😉
