You’ll choose from one of our templates, provide your copy, images, and brand assets, and we’ll handle the installation and customization. (Don’t worry if you need help with that stuff too - we can add those services on based on your needs!) This is a semi-custom approach built on a proven structure.

It depends on what makes most sense for you and your business.
We use and recommend Squarespace for 90% of our clients. It is a very user friendly platform with some great built in bonus features. If you are a service provider, Squarespace is the one for you.
We also provide design services for Shopify websites for product based businesses that need more robust online store features. -
Included in all of our client projects are copywriting templates and website workbooks to help you write your own website copy.
We also offer premium copywriting services as an add-on, if you'd rather hand it over to a professional copywriter. -
Yes, we will need you to provide photos to be used in your site.
If you need help sourcing stock photos, we can help with that too! We can chat about that during our free consult call. -
Absolutely!
There are three core visual components to a website - brand assets (colors, fonts, etc), copy (the words on the page) & photos.
In order to create a website, we will need those three core elements from you.
The good news is, if you don’t have professional branding done yet, we can help with that too! We can discuss options during our free consultation call.

One thing that is very important to us is that you feel empowered and able to make minor edits to the site without needing us. So, as part of our work together, we’ll be providing resources for you so that you are able to make simple changes on your own.
If you need more in-depth support after the initial support period, we can help via our one-hour support calls or Designated Design Days.

I recommend booking as early as possible to secure your spot. It’s also important to allow for enough time to complete your prep work (Brand Strategy Workbook, headshot(s), photos, website copy).
I generally recommend booking two months in advance to give yourself plenty of time for the prep work.

For brand projects, additional expenses may include custom fonts, custom art packages or other branding collateral. (typically from $25-$100 usd)
For web design projects, additional expenses will include a Squarespace subscription (approx. $300 usd/year depending on your plan) and domain costs. As a Squarespace Circle Member, we’re able to offer our clients 20% off their first year of Squarespace for any new Squarespace sites.
Additional business costs may include things like email marketing software fees, scheduling platform fees, custom email address fees, etc. -

We require a deposit to save your spot on our design calendar and get started on the pre-work.For custom design packages, we can offer custom payment plans based on size and timing of the project.
